Corporate Board Composition
Conjoint experiment on preferences for corporate board profiles — gender, age, education, and employment background.
Respondents evaluated pairs of hypothetical corporate board member profiles described along six attributes — gender, age, educational background, prior work experience, marital status, and number of children — and chose which candidate they would prefer to have on a corporate board. Results are reported as marginal means (Pr(chosen) with 95% CIs).
